It’s June! Yesterday was Memorial Day, the unofficial start of summer. And it’s also the start of hurricane season. Yeah, lucky us! Today is also the 100th anniversary of the Tulsa race massacre, and the 41st anniversary of the launch of CNN. The Supreme Court term ends at the end of the month, so we’re on pins and needles about the outstanding cases and trepidation about how this court will rule on the future of the Affordable Care Act and abortion rights, and lots more. At least we seem to be on the safe side of COVID, but not entirely. Such is life on this first day of June. But @GottaLaff is back, so that’s good news.
