A leader can be visible in so many ways. Today’s episode will be focused on one of the key ways to leverage influence and to build it. Visibility can be gained as the person who has influence, but a person can build their influence by meeting with influencers.

• Focus on adding value multiple times before you ask them for help
• Continue to build out your internal and external networks so you have them if you need them.
• Introverts can build their influence and visibility through one on one conversations with influencers.
