Scott Burns is a leadership development consultant and certified ICF executive coach with The Leader’s Legacy, LLC. He has worked with senior leaders for 30 years and held senior leadership roles for 22 years. He knows what it takes to make great leaders great and shares this with his coaching clients. Scott partners with organizations to design impactful talent strategies that drive the most important aspects of their business. While working in Fortune 500 companies, he led leadership initiatives that enabled thousands of leaders to take their leadership to the next level. With his expertise in leadership development, leadership coaching, organizational development, and human resources, Scott helps leaders and their teams to be more successful.
