One particular reminder is the importance of your blood, also known as the life of the flesh. Movement, as you will learn, fosters the movement of blood and therefore carry nutrients throughout the body. PLUS, REBOUNDING is all the rage when you want movement to be easy and fun. Nasa has done significant research on rebounding, and you will want to try it. The YouTube video below explains:
