“One of the best decisions I’ve ever made as a leader is just getting out of the way of people doing the work and being more of a support.”
“But to go to a place where people allow you to be yourself and to grow with you is a great form of generosity that no leader should ever overlook.”
“The obstacle is the way. The obstacle is the way. Whatever you’re trying to get through, the way you’re trying to get to, the obstacle is the most direct route. Turning and facing the obstacle is the direct path to being better.”
