Best friends, Baba Panda and NapNap Crocodile, make music together!
Hello everyone! We hope you enjoyed our new stories this week. Now, welcome to Favorite Friday! Sometimes we like to listen to our favorites again. Please enjoy “The Music Lesson,” and we’ll be back with a new story on Monday!
Narrator: Male
Story Begins: 8:15
The Music Lesson Excerpt:
It was a fresh and beautiful morning. The birds sang happily in the trees, rejoicing in the crisp, cool morning air. It was one of those mornings that made you feel happy to be alive. That’s how Baba Panda felt, anyway. She had eaten her morning breakfast of bamboo with an extra amount of enjoyment. As she ate, she listened to the birds singing, enjoying their music. Baba didn’t know how to sing herself, but she loved to listen to other animals sing.
After breakfast, she wandered down to the stream. That was one of her favorite places, besides the bamboo forest, of course. Baba loved the stream for so many reasons. The stream always felt restful and cool, no matter how hot the weather might be. The water was fun to play in, and it tasted delicious to drink! The stream was full of little rocks and as the water splashed over them, it sounded almost like music. Baba loved music of all sorts. But her favorite thing about the stream was that her best friend lived there.
