In Today’s Episode:
President of the Greater Mental Health Association of Chicago, Stella Kalfas, returns to spotlight the value of proper nutrition to feed the brain. What are some significant things to consider when attempting to live as vitally as possible.
Today we cover the spectrum from food sensitivity tests to hormone imbalances. Medication has its place in the process of relief, but what about the side effects? Also, are the foods you are eating affecting you negatively?
Something I learned from Stella today is that parasites in our bodies create a vicious cycle of the wrong cravings. Indeed, certain foods have parasites, which directly correlate to sugar and sugar cravings.
We also learn about food and our bio individual heritage, the amount of time it takes to no longer crave sugar and genomes.
Finally, it is up to you to create and live in an environment which nourishes you mentally, physically, and spiritually.
This episode on Nutrition and the Brain may inspire you to clean up your eating patterns for the sake of your brain and your body!
